Event Cost:  $165.00 - includes three (3) days of high-energy cropping (or your favorite craft), 8-foot table space, vendors, door prizes, photo op, raffle, and a silent auction, with all net proceeds benefitting St Jude Children's Research Hospital. This event will NOT offer a meal plan, but we will have snacks and drinks available.

The Silent Auction benefitting St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will be held on Friday June 6, 2026. Time to be announced at a later date. If you wish, bring a WRAPPED gift valued at a minimum of $20.00.  Gift should be a craft related item. Bidding will start at $20.00, the highest bidder will win the gift. More details will follow as the event gets closer. (Bringing a gift is optional and you do not have to commit NOW. If you do not bring a gift you can still bid and vice versa) 

All silent Auction items and Gold ticket sales can be paid at the event via Venmo, cash, check or Credit card (3% fee added)

 

Registration and Payment Schedule:

Registration form is required.  

 

An initial payment of $65.00, payable via Venmo (@TeamEricaEvents) or a check made out to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, is due within 10 days of registration. This is considered a non-refundable DONATION.
